Our amazing team is led by

Executive Director,

 Selena Webster-Bass, MPH, a sickle cell disease and health equity advocate whose son, Richard Anthony Webster-Bass, transitioned due to sickle cell disease complications at the tender age of 

22 months. She continues his legacy by providing education, support, training, and education to sickle cell families while also educating health care providers.  

Seeing a need for energetic, nonprofit work in this area, we formed our organization to provide sensible solutions. We've consistently grown since then, all thanks to the helping hands of this amazing community!

To provide education and wholistic support,  to sickle cell families and to advance health equity for racially and ethnically diverse and vulnerable populations through training and research.
